How refunds are processed

Once your request is approved and any remaining bottles are received, your refund is issued to the original payment method. Refunds typically post within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank or card provider. The refund covers the product price. Original and return shipping charges are not refundable, as those costs are paid to the carrier.

What is and is not covered

The guarantee covers orders bought directly through this official website. It does not cover LeanBiome purchased from third-party marketplaces or unauthorized resellers, since we cannot verify the authenticity, age or storage of those bottles. If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us right away and we will make it right at no cost to you.
